If an Impact Bio-Perrigo user requires the Cats M wrapper installed on their laptop or Surface Pro.
The following steps is the process of installing the Cats Apps. Wrapper on a user Machine:
Remote into the Rep’s device using FixMe.IT Expert Client
- For Agent:
- Log in to FixMe.IT expert Client
- Username: orders@syncrm.com
- For Users: You will instruct the rep to do the following:
- URL : fixme.iT
- Start Support Session
- Generates a six digits client ID
- Start new session in fixme.IT expert client, then input the 6 digit Client ID was generated for the rep, and click connect to start the remote session.
- You will download and install the Cats Mobile Wrapper for the Reps device:
- Location of Wrapper : \\svrfs01\Development\CATS MOBILE\Wrapper\Electron\Assets
- File: CATSMobileWrapper109M9101D421584
- Once finished installing the Cats Mobile Installer, Confirm with the rep that they can log into Cats Mobile successfully.
- If they are unable to log into CATS Mobile after installing the Wrapper.
- Verify username and password
- Verify if the correct Key has been installed
