Purpose
The Delete Request feature in C.A.T.S. Mobile allows users to quickly and efficiently remove contacts from their territory, especially for those who have retired, no longer practice, or have moved. This process ensures that your contact list remains up-to-date and relevant.
Instructions for Submitting a Delete Request
1.Log into C.A.T.S. Mobile.
2.Click on the Contacts icon.
3.Select the HCP (Healthcare Professional) for whom you are submitting a delete request.
4.Click on the Delete Request icon .
5.Choose the Reason:
Click on the reason selection section.
Select a reason for the delete request from the provided options.
6.Submit the Request:
After selecting the reason, click Submit.
7.Confirmation:
A dialog box will pop up stating, "The Delete Request was processed successfully!"
Important Notes
- Comments Required: Comments are mandatory to submit the delete request.
- Approval May Be Needed: Your manager or home office may need to approve the delete request before the practitioner is officially removed from your territory.
