Purpose
The purpose of this document is to outline the functionality and navigation of the Contacts screen in C.A.T.S. Mobile. This feature provides users with a comprehensive and accessible view of customer information, facilitating efficient management of customer interactions and tracking of call activities.
Viewing Customers
Access the Contacts Screen
- The Contacts screen is the default display upon logging into C.A.T.S. Mobile.
- Alternatively, access it through the Quick Access Menu or by tapping the Contacts icon located on the Home Screen carousel.
The customer contact list will be presented
View Customer Levels
- At the top of the screen, find the number of customers assigned to the current level.
- To view customers from another level, tap the "Customer Level" button located in the lower left corner.
From this menu, select any Customer Level for viewing.
Note:
- The Customer Level selection supports multiple selections simultaneously. Tap on additional levels to include them in your view list. Selected levels will be indicated with a grey shade.
- To deselect a level, tap it a second time. The grey shade will be removed when you deselect the level.
Example:
In the example, Account New Add and HCP are selected.
Navigate the Customer List
- Scroll through the list using swiping motions on your screen.
- Alternatively, use the IOS alpha sorter on the left side of the screen.
Select a Customer
- Tap any customer in the list to view their details.
- The center column on the screen, known as the Customer Preview Panel, displays quick details for the selected customer.
Preview Panel Toggle:
- The Preview Panel can be turned on or off by tapping the icon in the upper right corner.
Preview Panel Contents:
- Customer Information: Displays details such as Customer Name, Level, Specialty, Email Address, and the Previous and Next Scheduled Call dates.
Addresses Icons:
- An icon with a solid white star: Indicates the primary address.
- An icon with a hollow star: Represents a satellite address.
Affiliations:
- Shows customer affiliations, if any. Tapping on an affiliation will bring up the View Profile screen for the selected affiliate.
Attributes:
- Presents prescription data and best call days, if available, for the selected customer.
Call Activity:
- Exhibits call history entries. Tap any entry to view a Call Details pop-up window.
Scheduled Calls:
- Displays calls that are scheduled for the selected customer.
