The Call History feature enables users to easily track and review their call interactions with customers.
Accessing Call History
1.Navigate to Contacts:
Access the Contact List and select the desired customer.
2.Select Call History Icon:
Locate and tap on the Call History Icon.
3.View Call Records:
Upon selection of the customer, all calls associated with them will be displayed.
4.Modify or Review Call Information:
To modify call information, tap the Edit button.
For a detailed review of a specific call, tap the Details button.
