Purpose
The purpose of the call editing feature in C.A.T.S. Mobile is to allow users to update and correct details of recorded calls as needed. This functionality ensures that call records accurately reflect the most current and precise information, contributing to better record-keeping and more effective customer management.
Call Editing
The call editing feature enables users to make necessary adjustments to recorded calls. By navigating through the Contacts section, users can ensure that call details are accurate and up-to-date.
Steps to Edit a Call
1.Navigate to Contacts:
From the carousel, select the Contacts icon.
2.Select HCP:
Choose the desired HCP from the Contact List.
3.Access Call History:
Click on the Call History icon located in the menu to the right.
4.Edit Call Details:
Adjacent to the desired call, select the Edit button.
5.Make Alterations:
Proceed to make any required changes to the call details.
6.Finish Editing:
Click Finish at the top right corner upon completion.
