Purpose
The Change Request feature in C.A.T.S. Mobile is designed to streamline the management of pending Delete, Update, or Transfer Requests. This tool provides a centralized platform for filtering, viewing, reviewing, and editing requests, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution of changes within the system.
Using the Change Request Feature
The Change Request feature allows users to manage any pending Delete, Update, or Transfer Requests.
Accessing Change Requests
1.Filter Requests:
Click on the Filter icon to access filtering options.
2.Input Parameters:
A pop-up menu will appear where you can input your desired parameters. Click OK to confirm your selections.
Reviewing/Editing a Delete Request
1.Select the Review Icon:
Click on the Review icon next to the desired request.
2.Make Changes:
A pop-up menu will appear where you can make necessary changes. Click Submit to save your edits.
3.Close or Cancel:
To exit without changes, select CLOSE.
To cancel the delete request, select CANCEL.
Viewing Change Request Details
1.Access Change Request History:
Click on the History icon to view the history of a Change Request
2.View Change Request Details:
Click on the Details icon to view specific details about the Change Request.
A pop-up will showcase the Change Request details.
