Purpose
The Quick View feature in C.A.T.S. Mobile is designed to provide users with rapid and convenient access to critical data. It consolidates essential information into a single, accessible platform, enhancing user efficiency by allowing quick review and management of call history, transaction records, and data transmissions.
Quick View
The Quick View icon on your Home Screen Carousel offers C.A.T.S. Mobile users a swift method to access their call history data, transaction records, and data transmission details.
Accessing Quick View
1. Open Quick View:
Simply tap the Quick View icon on the Home Screen carousel to bring it to the forefront for immediate use.
Data Transmissions
2.Select Transmissions:
Tap the Transmissions sub-icon under Quick View.
3.Review Sync Activities:
The Transmission review screen will show complete sync/transmissions, including username, date, time, duration, and application name

Call History
4.View Call History:
The second sub-icon from the Quick View menu displays a graph of recent Call History.
5.Adjust Date Range:
Modify the Date Range as necessary to view calls within a specific timeframe.
6.Access Call Details:
Each entry in the Call History list features two hyperlinks: the Call ID field and the Customer Name field. Tapping either will provide deeper insights:
- Call ID: Opens the Call Details pop-up window with comprehensive information about the selected call.
- Customer Name: Opens the View Profile pop-up window for a detailed overview of the selected customer.
