Adding Offline Users in C.A.T.S. Mobile
The Add Offline Users feature in C.A.T.S. Mobile allows users to grant offline access to specific Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) or Institutions. Follow the steps below to successfully complete the process.
Steps to Add Offline Users
1. Navigate to the Add Offline Users Section
- Log into C.A.T.S. Mobile.
- Locate and tap the "Add Offline Users" tile on the home screen.
2. Select Customer Type
- Within the Add Offline Users section, you will see three categories:
- HCP Count (defaulted to zero)
- INST Count (defaulted to zero)
- Customer Type*
- Choose the desired Customer Type:
- HCP (Healthcare Professional)
- Institution
- Tap Submit in the top right corner to proceed.
3. Confirm Submission
- A confirmation pop-up will appear stating:
"Are you sure you want to submit the Offline Access?"
- Tap Yes to proceed.
4. Search for Institution or HCP
- On the next screen, search for an Institution or HCP to add for offline access.
- Once the correct profile is found, tap Submit in the top right corner.
5. Confirm Submission Again
- Another confirmation pop-up will appear:
"Are you sure you want to submit the Offline Access?"
- Tap Yes to continue.
6. Review Details in the Confirm Offline Access Screen
- The next screen will display the Institution or HCP profile details.
- Review the information carefully.
- Tap Submit to finalize the offline access request.
7. Final Confirmation and Success Message
- A final confirmation pop-up will appear:
"Are you sure you want to submit the Offline Access?"
- Tap Yes to complete the submission.
- Upon successful submission, a message will appear:
"The Offline Access was processed successfully!"
- Tap OK to close the pop-up and continue.
