C.A.T.S. Console MSL/HO/DM View Overview
The Customer Analysis and Targeting System (C.A.T.S.) is a powerful, user-friendly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software designed to help Sales Representatives efficiently manage their territories, interactions with Health Care Practitioners (HCPs), and daily workflows.
C.A.T.S. Console serves as an administrative and review suite, enabling users to access and analyze data entered by Sales Representatives via the C.A.T.S. Mobile application. This comprehensive tool simplifies customer management and provides a range of intuitive features that streamline processes and ensure seamless operation.
Report Catalog
Running a Report
To generate a report from the Report Catalog, follow these steps:

Select a Report:
- Choose a report from one of the available tabs. When you check the box next to a report, the folder action icon
will become active.

Open the Report Parameters:
- Click the folder icon to open the Report Parameters screen.

Set Report Parameters:
- In the pop-up window, select the relevant parameters such as Dates, Territories, and Levels.

Run the Report:
- After selecting the parameters, click the Run button to generate the report.

View the Report:
- While the report is generating, a Loading message will appear. Once completed, the report will display in a new tab.
- To create additional space for the report, click the arrow button in the upper-right corner to collapse the Parameters section.

Export a Report
Once you’ve run a report, you can export it in various formats. Here’s how to export a report:

Run the Report:
- Ensure the report is generated before attempting to export it.

Export the Report:
- From the Navigation Bar, click the Export button.
- From the Navigation Bar, click the Export button.

Select Export File Format:
- From the drop-down list, choose the desired file format (e.g., Excel, CSV).

Open the Exported Report:
- The exported file will appear as a button at the bottom of the report.
- Click the button to open the exported report.
Note:
- If you choose the Excel option, the report will maintain its formatting.
- Selecting CSV will export the data as a plain, flat file.
Multiple Exports
If you export multiple reports, they will be displayed at the bottom of the screen, with a Show All Downloads option. This allows you to manage all of your exported files in a new tab:

- In the Show All Downloads tab, you can:
- Open the folder where the exports are stored.
- Remove unneeded exports.
- Use the Search field (located in the upper-left corner) to quickly find a specific export.

Refresh Reports
You can refresh a report at any time to update the Generated on date/time shown at the bottom of the report page. This is particularly useful if there have been recent updates, such as new data transmitted by a Sales Rep.
- Click the Refresh button
to update the report with the latest data.
