C.A.T.S. Console MSL/HO/DM View Overview
The Customer Analysis and Targeting System (C.A.T.S.) is a powerful, user-friendly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software designed to help Sales Representatives efficiently manage their territories, interactions with Health Care Practitioners (HCPs), and daily workflows.
C.A.T.S. Console serves as an administrative and review suite, enabling users to access and analyze data entered by Sales Representatives via the C.A.T.S. Mobile application. This comprehensive tool simplifies customer management and provides a range of intuitive features that streamline processes and ensure seamless operation.
Messages Tool
The Messages Tool in the C.A.T.S. Console allows users to review and manage messages sent by C.A.T.S. Mobile users. Follow these steps to use the Messages Tool effectively:

Open the Messages Tool:
- Click on the Messages icon on the C.A.T.S. Console home screen.

View the Message List:
- A pop-up window will appear displaying a list of messages.
- To enlarge the window to full screen, click the expand arrows in the upper-right corner.

Select and Preview a Message:
- Click the checkbox next to the desired message to select it.
- Once selected, a Preview Pane will activate. Click on the pane to view the full message.

Close the Preview Pane:
- To close the preview pane, click the arrow in the upper-right corner of the pane.
- To close the preview pane, click the arrow in the upper-right corner of the pane.
