C.A.T.S. Console MSL/HO/DM View Overview
The Customer Analysis and Targeting System (C.A.T.S.) is a powerful, user-friendly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software designed to help Sales Representatives efficiently manage their territories, interactions with Health Care Practitioners (HCPs), and daily workflows.
C.A.T.S. Console serves as an administrative and review suite, enabling users to access and analyze data entered by Sales Representatives via the C.A.T.S. Mobile application. This comprehensive tool simplifies customer management and provides a range of intuitive features that streamline processes and ensure seamless operation.
Call Activity
The Call Activity tool allows you to view and filter Sales Rep records based on various criteria. Follow these steps to locate and review the desired call activity records:

Filter Sales Rep List:
- On the left side of the Call Activity screen, you’ll find a range of filter options.
- To search for a specific Sales Rep, enter their Full Name in the first search field (Full Name/Sales Rep) and click the Apply button.

Filter by Date Range:
- You can filter the list by Date Range, Month, Quarter, or Year to Date. Alternatively, you can enter a custom Start and End Date to refine your search.

Filter by Additional Criteria:
- Select a specific user from the drop-down list.
- Filter by Call Types or Sales Reps from specific Levels.
- You can also filter the list by Territory or multiple territories.

Apply Filters:
- Once you have selected your filters, click the Apply button to display the filtered list of Sales Reps and their call activities.

Review Call Activities:
- After applying the filters, you can review the call activities for each Sales Rep listed.

Export or Email Records (Optional):
- If desired, you can export or email any selected call activity records by clicking the Export icon in the upper-right corner.
