C.A.T.S. Console MSL/HO/DM View Overview
The Customer Analysis and Targeting System (C.A.T.S.) is a powerful, user-friendly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software designed to help Sales Representatives efficiently manage their territories, interactions with Health Care Practitioners (HCPs), and daily workflows.
C.A.T.S. Console serves as an administrative and review suite, enabling users to access and analyze data entered by Sales Representatives via the C.A.T.S. Mobile application. This comprehensive tool simplifies customer management and provides a range of intuitive features that streamline processes and ensure seamless operation.
Call Calendar Tool
The Call Calendar tool provides a visual representation of your schedule, displaying upcoming calls in a monthly, weekly, or daily format. This tool helps you manage and review scheduled calls within a selected time frame and territory.
Follow these steps to use the Call Calendar effectively:

Open the Call Calendar Tool:
- Click on the Call Calendar icon on the C.A.T.S. Console home screen.

Select a Time Range:
- Choose from Month, Week, or Day to display the desired time frame for your scheduled calls.

Select a Territory:
- Choose the territory you wish to view calls for.
- Choose the territory you wish to view calls for.

View Scheduled Calls:
- The first call for each day is displayed by default.
- To see additional calls for the day, click on “more.” A pop-up window will appear with the remaining calls for that date.
