C.A.T.S. Console MSL View Overview
The Customer Analysis and Targeting System (C.A.T.S.) is a powerful, user-friendly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software designed to help Sales Representatives efficiently manage their territories, interactions with Health Care Practitioners (HCPs), and daily workflows.
C.A.T.S. Console serves as an administrative and review suite, enabling users to access and analyze data entered by Sales Representatives via the C.A.T.S. Mobile application. This comprehensive tool simplifies customer management and provides a range of intuitive features that streamline processes and ensure seamless operation.
Editing a Contact
You can edit the information for both individual contacts and institutions within the C.A.T.S. Console. Follow these steps to update contact details:

Filter the Contact List:
- From either the Contacts tab or the Institutions tab, use the filter options to locate the desired contact.

Select the Contact to Edit:
- Once you’ve filtered the list, select the contact you wish to edit and click the Edit button to open the Edit window.

Update Contact Information:
- In the Edit window, update any necessary contact details.

Edit Extended Properties:
- In addition to the basic properties, you can update further contact details under the Extended Properties tab.

Save Changes:
- After editing the contact information, click the Save button to apply the changes.
