Purpose
The purpose of this document is to outline the functionalities and usage of the Quick View tool in C.A.T.S. Mobile, which provides users with easy access to their call history, transaction history, and data transmissions. This enhances user experience by streamlining the review process for various operational activities.
Quick View Overview
The Quick View icon on the Home Screen Carousel offers a convenient way for C.A.T.S. Mobile users to quickly access their call history data and transaction records.
Accessing Quick View
- From the Home Screen Carousel, tap the Quick View icon to bring it to the forefront.
Transmission
The Transmission Review screen displays all completed syncs/transmissions, showing:
- Username
- Date
- Time duration
- Application name
Call History
- The Call History section allows you to change the date range to view calls for specific time periods.
- Each entry in the Call History list contains two hyperlinks:
- Call ID field: Tapping this displays the Call Details pop-up window for the selected call.
- Customer Name field: Tapping this shows the View Profile pop-up window for the selected customer.
- This feature enables quick reviews of specific customer profiles or call details
