Purpose
The purpose of the Call Calendar in C.A.T.S. Mobile is to provide users with a visual and organized way to manage their upcoming calls across various timeframes. By offering a color-coded interface, this feature enhances scheduling efficiency, allowing users to effectively plan and track their call commitments.
Call Calendar Overview
The Call Calendar serves as a visual representation of one or multiple months, showcasing all forthcoming calls within a selected timeframe. Users can seamlessly input and manage call details directly from the calendar interface. The displayed range of call data is dynamic and can be easily updated to accommodate changing needs.
Access to the Call Calendar tool is conveniently available either through the Home Screen Carousel or from the Quick Access Menu.
Color Coding for Calls
Different calls are displayed with the following color codes:
- Complete: Light Green
- Group: Dark Green
- Different User: Light Blue
- Different User Planned: Orange
- Planned: Yellow
- Missed: Pink
- Event: Beige
Calls made to a single practitioner or institution are showcased in light green, while group calls featuring multiple attendees are distinguished by dark green.
Calls made within the same territory by another Sales Rep will be highlighted in blue.
In the top left corner of the window, you will find calendar view options, granting you the flexibility to view your calendar by month, week, and day.
If there are more than four calls scheduled for a particular date, the system prioritizes displaying scheduled and missed calls first, followed by additional calls. In cases where there are more than four calls, a small white box labeled "more" will be displayed.
