C.A.T.S. Console HO/DM View - Weekly Activity
The Customer Analysis and Targeting System (C.A.T.S.) is a powerful, user-friendly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software designed to help Sales Representatives efficiently manage their territories, interactions with Health Care Practitioners (HCPs), and daily workflows.
C.A.T.S. Console serves as an administrative and review suite, enabling users to access and analyze data entered by Sales Representatives via the C.A.T.S. Mobile application. This comprehensive tool simplifies customer management and provides a range of intuitive features that streamline processes and ensure seamless operation.
Weekly Activity
The Weekly Activity tool in the C.A.T.S. Console provides an overview of all Sales Representative activities for a selected date range. It includes details such as activity type, duration, and associated Sales Rep data for a specific territory. This tool allows users to analyze and export activity records effectively.
Using the Weekly Activity Tool
The Weekly Activity screen includes filters on the left-hand side to customize the display of activity records.

Search by Name or Territory:
- Enter a specific Sales Rep or Territory name in the search field to locate relevant records.

Filter by Date:
- Choose from pre-set time periods like Month, Quarter, or Year to Date, or enter a custom Start Date and End Date.

Filter by User or Status:
- Use the drop-down menu to filter the list by specific users or select only those with a particular Status.

Filter by Territory:
- Check the box for one or more territories, then click the Apply button to filter the data.
Steps to View Weekly Activity
- Select any combination of filters to narrow down the list of Sales Reps.
- Click the Apply button to generate the filtered results.
- Review the filtered list to view activity records for all activity types logged in the Sales Rep’s Weekly Summary Report.
Exporting or Emailing Records
You can take additional actions with the Weekly Activity data:
- Export Records: Use the Export icon in the upper-right corner to download records in your preferred format.
- Email Records: Use the Email icon to send specific records directly to a recipient.
