C.A.T.S Console HO/DM View- Roster Maintenance Overview
The Customer Analysis and Targeting System (C.A.T.S.) is a powerful, user-friendly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software designed to help Sales Representatives efficiently manage their territories, interactions with Health Care Practitioners (HCPs), and daily workflows.
C.A.T.S. Console serves as an administrative and review suite, enabling users to access and analyze data entered by Sales Representatives via the C.A.T.S. Mobile application. This comprehensive tool simplifies customer management and provides a range of intuitive features that streamline processes and ensure seamless operation.
Roster Maintenance
The Roster Maintenance feature in the C.A.T.S. Console allows users with appropriate security access to manage roster-related tasks efficiently. This tool provides two main tabs:
- Current Tab: Displays a list of all active users in the roster.
- Legacy Tab: Displays a list of inactive or deleted users, allowing reactivation when necessary.
Current Tab Features
Users with the required security level can perform the following tasks:
- Send Messages to roster users.
- Reset Weekly Reports for specific users.
- Unlock Accounts for locked users.
Send a Message
You can send a message to one or multiple users within the application:
- Select one or more users from the roster.
- Click the Send Message
button to open the message pop-up window.
- Fill out the following fields:
- Employees: Pre-filled with the selected users.
- Start Date: Specify the date for the message to be sent.
- End Date: Specify the date for the message to be removed from the CRM message list.
- High Priority: Select this option if the message is urgent. High-priority messages appear immediately in the CRM as a pop-up and are marked with a yellow triangle.
- Subject: Enter the subject line for the message.
- Message Text: Enter the content of the message.
- Click the Send Message button to deliver the message.
Reset a Weekly Report
Users with HO or DM roles can reset a Weekly Report for a user:
- Select a user from the Roster Maintenance list.
- Click the Reset Weekly Report icon.
- A form will appear, allowing you to reset the Weekly Report for the selected user.
Unlock a User’s Account
DM and HO users can unlock locked accounts:
- Select a user with a locked account from the Roster Maintenance list.
- Locked accounts are indicated in the Locked column.
- Click the Unlock icon.
- A pop-up form will display. Complete the process to unlock the account.
Legacy Tab Features
The Legacy Tab provides a list of inactive or deleted users. Users with the required security can reactivate these users.
Activate a User
- Select an inactive or deleted user from the Legacy Tab.
- Click the Activate button to open a pop-up window.
- Click Save to reactivate the user.
Reactivated users will now appear on the Current Tab.
