Veeva/Salesforce – Single Sign-On (SSO) Setup
Overview
This guide provides instructions on how to set up and access Veeva CRM and Salesforce using Single Sign-On (SSO) for Kyowa Kirin North America (KKNA) issued devices.
Important: SSO does not work on non-KKNA-issued devices.
Disabling Face ID for Veeva CRM (If Enabled)
Before setting up SSO, disable Face ID for Veeva CRM on your KKNA-issued iPad by following these steps:
- Open Settings on your iPad.
- Tap Face ID & Passcode and enter your iPad passcode.
- Select Other Apps.
- Locate Veeva CRM and toggle it off to disable Face ID for Veeva.
This step ensures Face ID does not interfere with SSO while allowing you to continue using Face ID for other KKNA apps.
Web Browser SSO Login Setup
To log in to Salesforce using SSO:
- Open a web browser and navigate to:
👉 https://kkna.my.salesforce.com/ - On the login page, you will see two options:
- Standard Username & Password at the top.
- "Log in with Kyowa Kirin SSO" button at the bottom.
- Click "Log in with Kyowa Kirin SSO" to access Salesforce.
- If prompted, allow Salesforce to use SSO.
After First-Time Login:
- For future logins, simply go to https://kkna.my.salesforce.com/ and click "Log in with Kyowa Kirin SSO" to sign in automatically.
- If you clear your web browser’s cache or temporary files, you may be required to log in again using SSO.
- If you've logged into another KKNA resource, it may ask which account to use for SSO—select your KKNA email.
Veeva CRM SSO Setup (iPad)
Disclaimer:
Before following these instructions, ensure the user is signed out of Veeva CRM. If they are already at the login screen, you can disregard this step. However, if they are still signed in, have them log out by following these steps:
How to Sign Out of Veeva (If Still Logged In)

From the Veeva home screen, tap the three dots labeled "More" in the bottom right corner.

Select the Options icon (gear symbol).

Tap Log Out in the top right corner.
Once logged out, proceed with the SSO setup instructions below.
To log in to Veeva CRM using SSO:
- Open the Veeva CRM app on your KKNA-issued iPad.
- On the login screen, tap "Use Custom Domain" at the bottom.
- In the Custom Domain field, enter:
👉 kkna.my.salesforce.com - Tap Continue.
- A Salesforce login window will open—tap "Log in with Kyowa Kirin SSO".
- When prompted, click Allow Access to complete the SSO setup.
Troubleshooting & Additional Notes
- SSO only works on KKNA-issued devices.
- If you experience login issues after clearing browser data, re-enter your KKNA email and password.
- Ensure Face ID for Veeva CRM is disabled if you encounter login issues.
