Kofax is not automatically installed on every user’s computer. If you need Kofax installed, please follow the steps below to submit a HW/SW Request.
Step 1: Access the Request Form
To begin, users should visit the ICT page on the KKNA Portal. There, you will find the necessary HW/SW Request form.
Step 2: Complete the HW/SW Request Form

Have the user navigate to the following link to directly access the form:
HW/SW Request Form -
Fill in the required fields, including the software you are requesting (Kofax), and submit your request.
Step 3: Wait for Confirmation
Once the request has been submitted, the team will process it and notify you once Kofax has been successfully installed on the user's computer.
