Purpose: This Knowledge Base article aims to clarify the segregation of access between the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team and the Commercial organization within our systems. With the MSLs now operating under a separate Global Medical Organization, it is essential to ensure that the MSL team does not have access to the Commercial organization’s resources.
As the MSLs are now in a separate Global Medical Org, we need to make sure that the MSL team do not get access to the Commercial org at KKNA.
If any requests or inquiries come through from the Medical Science Liaison team, regarding:
- Veeva
- SFDC
- Data
- Roster Updates
- ZipTerr updates
- PowerBI updates from Veeva
