Overview
Exeltis utilizes a Training Wrapper with Sandbox environment for C.A.T.S Mobile training. This environment is not always active and is typically only available a few days before and after scheduled training sessions.
Help Desk agents should be aware that users may experience login issues outside the designated training windows, and they should be prepared to assist accordingly.
Key Points
- Training Environment Availability:
The C.A.T.S Mobile training sandbox is only active for a limited time surrounding scheduled training sessions. If a rep needs access outside of this window, the environment must be manually refreshed and the training key reinstated. Login Credentials:

Note: Previous “BTrain” credentials are no longer in use
- Troubleshooting Access Issues:
- Confirm that the training window is currently active.
- If not active, escalate to the Account Manager to request that the sandbox be turned on and the training key reinstated.
