3CX Welcome emails will no longer contain the extension passwords the user must follow the steps below to first reset their password then login.
- Make sure to use the @impact-bio.com email, when attempting to reset the password.
1. Login to the web client wither via the Welcome email or directly using the link below. https://pbx.syncrm.com:5001/webclient
2. Select Forgot Password
3. Enter your 3CX Email Address
4. If email address is linked with a valid 3CX user then a password reset email will be sent to them
5. Open the password reset email instructions > click the Out of office hyperlink.
6. Reset your password
7. Login to the web client using your extension number and newly set password -

8. Once logged in, click on Apps in the lower left-hand corner
9. Choose the Desktop App
10. Install the Desktop App first if it’s not installed already.
11. If the app is already installed, choose Provision to provision the extension.
