Purpose
The purpose of integrating Mobile Locker with CATSM is to streamline and automate the process of sending emails to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). By connecting both platforms, the integration enhances efficiency in communication management, ensures accurate call history records, and simplifies tracking and reporting within CATSM. This integration minimizes manual data entry, ensures email accuracy, and maintains up-to-date call histories, allowing users to focus more on strategic tasks and less on administrative overhead.

Launch the HCP Email Call Type:

Open CATSM and select the "HCP Email" call type.

Access Mobile Locker:

From the action menu, select "Mobile Locker" to connect to the Mobile Locker app.

Send an Email via Mobile Locker:

Mobile Locker will open to the "Send Emails" screen.

Select the desired email template.

Scroll to the bottom to confirm that the HCP’s email address (as selected in CATSM) is automatically populated.

Confirm the email address is correct and send the email.

Return to CATSM to Finish the Call:

After sending the email, navigate back to CATSM to complete the call.

Call History Details:

Initial Call Creation:

CATSM’s call history will immediately show that the call was created, but no details will be available initially.

Nightly File Update:

A nightly file from Mobile Locker will update the call history with detailed information.

Handling Missing HCP Email Addresses:

Error Notification:

If an HCP’s email address is missing in CATSM, Mobile Locker will display an error message.

Adding a New Email Address:

Update the HCP’s email address in CATSM under the "HCP Profile" screen.

The new email address data will sync with Mobile Locker overnight. Emails cannot be sent from CATSM to the HCP until the following day.

Alternative Email Sending Option:

Emails can be sent directly to the HCP using the Mobile Locker app.

Tracking Emails Sent from Mobile Locker:

For emails sent directly through the Mobile Locker app, calls will be imported and recorded in CATSM under the "ML Email" call type.
Notes:

Ensure that HCP profiles in C.A.T.S. Mobile are kept up-to-date to avoid errors.

Allow sufficient time for nightly data synchronization between C.A.T.S. Mobile and Mobile Locker.
