Rep Ordering Portal
Alora has implemented a new Sample Allocation Tool and Rep Ordering Portal.
Home Office will now be loading the quarterly sample allocation for the field sales force into the allocation tool, giving the reps the ability to order sample products on demand from a web based ordering portal.
District Managers will own the allocation for their district, which will include a “district reserve” that can be used to allocate additional product to territories on an as needed basis. They also have the ability to deduct allocation from one territory and add to another if necessary.

1. Rep logs into ROP

2. Tap the “Order Products” Tile
3. Rep selects the quantity of the product that they want to order.
Note: “The Qty In Units” drop down automatically defaults to increments of the case count for each product.
4. Rep selects the desired quantity, and selects the “Ship To” address, which defaults to their certified storage address. Then taps “Next”.

5. Rep verifies order and shipping information for accuracy, and then taps “Submit Req”
6. Tap “OK” to finish request
7.Order receipt is displayed, which can be printed or downloaded.
ROP – Order Status
1. Reps can view status of orders in the “Transaction Manager” Tile.
2. The status of each order can be viewed, up to and including the “shipped” status.
3. Note: As you can see now that the rep has ordered their max quantity for the product, they can no longer order this product.
