- The Millicent salesforce will use the field portal RD to order samples and Marketing materials for themselves.
- The rep’s shipping address to receive the deliveries from the Field Portal RD will be managed by their home office. The rep will need to escalate to their home office through their manager to get their address updated.
- They only have one sample product (Intrarosa) and all other products are marketing materials.
- Reps cannot cancel orders from the field portal- The DMs or Home office will have to cancel the orders
- Their DMs and Home Office team is responsible for approving or cancelling all orders entered by reps in the field portal through the Transaction Manager – Inventory Order tab
- DM will get the transactions for the reps aligned to them
- All orders require approval
- The Transaction Manager will only show the Pending, Shipped and Cancelled statuses. The Deliver status will not be displayed in Transaction manager. The rep will need to contact their home office or HMS if they have issues with a shipped order.
